A while ago, a warning light on my car dashboard told me it was running low on engine oil. I went to the service center to top off the oil. I received an overall checkup on the car at the service center. The mechanic told me that it was replacement time for some of the consumable parts. It cost a lot to buy the parts, but I replaced them because they are directly linked to safety. One time, I was driving the car when it made a strange noise. Then, the warning light came on for the coolant. When I went to the service center, they told me the coolant circulation system has sprung a leak. It had to be replaced. A lack of coolant can lead to engine overheating, so I replaced all the coolant circulation parts. It was past the warranty period, so I had to cover the costs for the repair myself.

지난번에 차량 계기판에 엔진 오일 부족 경고등이 떠서 서비스 센터에 엔진 오일을 보충하러 갔다. 서비스 센터에서 차량을 전체적으로 검사를 했다. 몇 가지 소모품 교체 주기가 되었다고 정비공이 알려주었다. 부품 교체에 비용이 제법 들어가는 작업이었지만, 안전과 직결된 부분이라 교체를 했다. 한번은 운정을 하는데, 차에서 이상한 소리가 났다. 그러더니 냉각수 부족 경고등이 들어왔다. 서비스 센터에 가 보니, 냉각수 순환기기에 누수가 있다고 해서 고체가 필요하다고 알려 주었다. 냉각수 부족은 엔진 과열로 이어질 수 있어서, 냉각수 순환 부품들을 모두 교체했다. 보증 기간이 끝났기 때문에 내가 직접 수리비를 내야 했다.
