Where do you normally shop for clothes?
I buy clothes from various places. Instead of deciding in advance to buy clothes, I have an impromptu style of shopping. In other words, I like to buy clothes whenever I get a chance. Sometimes I buy clothes from underground arcades when I take the subway. I also buy nice clothes at low prices at outlet malls. For clothes like coats that I have to wear for a long time, I buy items from high-end brands, even if they cost more. The same goes for shoes. I buy cheap shoes to wear casually, but I buy expensive shoes for formal occasions. I also buy a lot of clothes through online shopping these days. With some effort, I can buy various items for bargain prices. Of course, there is a risk, because I can’t try on the clothes before I buy them. It’s become much easier to shop for clothes or shoes than before.

옷을 주로 어디서 구매하나요?
나는 다양한 장소에서 옷을 산다. 올을 사기로 아예 정해 놓고 가기보다는, 조금 즉흥적으로 쇼핑을 하는 편이다. 다시 말해, 기회가 될 때마다 사는 것을 좋아한다. 지하철역을 지나다가 지하상가에서 옷을 살 때도 있다. 아웃렛몰과 같은 곳에 가서 좋은 옷을 싸게 살 때도 있다. 오래 입어야 하는 코트와 같은 것들은 주로 돈을 조금 비싸게 주고 사더라도 좋은 브랜드의 제품을 산다. 신발도 마찬가지다. 편하게 신는 신발들은 저렴하게 구입하지만, 중요한 행사에 신어야 하는 것들은 고가의 제품을 사는 경우도 있다. 도한, 요즘은 인터넷 쇼핑을 통해 옷을 구매하기도 한다. 잘만 찾아보면 다양한 제품을 아주 저렴하게 구입할 수 있다. 몰론 직접 입어 보고 사는 것이 아니기 때문에, 약간의 위험은 감수해야 한다. 예전에 비해서는 옷이나 신발을 사는 것이 훨씬 쉬워진 것 같다.
