Talk about the things you do when you arrive at a hotel.
When I travel, my first order of business is to reserve lodgings. I usually make reservations online or over the phone. When I get to the hotel, I first head over to the front desk in the lobby to check-in. When I present my name and credit card, an employee confirms my reservation. They ask about my preferences for a room. They then give me a key. When I am traveling heavy, they ask me whether I need a bellhop to help me carry my luggage. When I first get to my room, I take a look around. I then draw the curtains and check out the view, I look outside for a while. Then, I unpack my things. I change into comfortable clothes and go back downstairs.

여행을 갈 때, 나는 가장 먼저 숙소 예약을 한다. 예약은 주로 온라인이나 전화상으로 한다. 호텔에 도착하면, 먼저 체크인을 하러 로비에 있는 프런트 데스크로 간다. 데스크에 이름과 신용카드를 주면, 직원이 예약 확인을 하고, 원하는 객실에 대해서 물어본다. 그리고 나서 키를 준다. 짐이 많은 경우, 짐을 옮겨 줄 사람을 내가 원하는지 물어본다. 일단, 객실에 도착하면 가장 먼저 객실 여기저기를 둘러보며 구경을 한다. 그리고 커튼을 열고, 바깥 전망을 한번 둘러본다. 전망이 좋은 호텔에 묵으면 한동안 밖을 내다보게 된다. 그리고 나서 가지고 온 짐을 푼다. 편한 옷으로 갈아입고 나서, 아래층으로 다시 내려간다.
