Talk about when the subway is packed with people.
Taking the subway during the morning rush is no walk in the park. During peak rush hour, crowds of people line up at the boarding platforms. When the train arrives, people getting on and off get tangled up. Even getting on board can be no easy task. When I get on a subway car that is filled to capacity, there are so many people that it’s hard to stay on my feet. Sometimes there are offensive odors because I am sharing space with a lot of people. People who overdo it with perfume can give me a headache. After a few stations, I arrive at my stop. A lot of people get off there, so passengers pour out all at once. People get backed up at the stairs and the escalators, so I have to take it slow


지하철에 사람이 몹시 붐비는 경우에 대해 이야기해 주세요.
혼잡한 출근 시간에 지하철을 타는 것은 정말 쉬운 일이 아니다. 가장 붐비는 출근 시간에는 승강장에 수많은 사람들이 줄을 서서 기다린다. 열차가 승강장에 도착하면, 타고 내리는 사람들이 엉켜서 탑승하는 것 자체가 쉽지 않다. 만원 지하철에 탑승을 하면, 사람들이 너무 많아서 서 있는 것조차 힘들다. 여러 사람들과 한곳에 있다 보니 불쾌한 냄새가 나는 경우도 있고, 진한 향수 냄새가 나는 사람들 때문에 머리가 아플 때도 있다. 이렇게 몇 개 역을 타고 가면 내가 내릴 역에 도착한다. 많은 사람들이 내리는 역이라서 승객들이 한꺼번에 쏟아져 나온다. 계간과 에스컬레이터에 사람이 몰려서 천천히 이동해야 한다.
