[영어 회화] Did you hear about it? I saw it happen.

 

A: Have you heard about the robbery?
B: Did you hear about it? I saw it happen.
A: For real?
B: A man came into the bank with a gun. I was really scared when he pulled the gun out.
A: What happened next?
B: He took the money and tried to getaway.
A: Did he get caught?
B: The cops arrested him before he could even make it out the door.

 

A: 강도 사건에 관해서 얘기 들으셨어요?
B: 얘기 들으셨나요? 난 직접 봤어요.
A: 정말요?
B: 한 남자가 총을 가지고 은행에 들어왔어요. 그가 총을 꺼냈을 땐 정말 너무 겁이 났었어요.
A: 그 다음엔 어떻게 됐는데요?
B: 그가 돈을 가지고 도망가려고 했어요.
A: 잡혔나요?
B: 그가 문을 나서기 전에 경찰이 그를 체포했어요.
