Alice: So what did the doctor say about your exercises?
Charlie: For starters he told me to begin walking thirty minutes a day.
Alice: Every day?
Charlie: Yes, every day. And then after three weeks increase the time to one hour.
Alice: Did he say anything about lifting weights?
Charlie: Yes. He told me to start out lifting light weights like five pounds.
Alice: Maybe you should join a health club.
Charlie: I gave that some thought. I think I will.
Alice: I'll join with you.
Charlie: Really?
Alice: Sure.
Charlie: Let's join the health club that just opened.
Alice: Okay. This is exciting.

앨리스: 그럼 의사가 운동에 관해서는 뭐라고 해?
찰리: 처음에는 하루에 30분 걷는 것부터 시작하래.
앨리스: 매일?
찰리: 응 매일. 그리고는 3주일 후에 시간을 한 시간으로 늘리래.
앨리스: 역기 들라는 얘기는 안해?
찰리: 응. 조금씩 한 5파운드 정도씩 들래.
앨리스: 헬스클럽에 가입하는 건 어떨까.
찰리: 생각을 좀 해봤는데. 그렇게 할까봐.
앨리스: 내가 같이 등록할게.
찰리: 정말?
앨리스: 그럼.
찰리: 새로 연 헬스클럽으로 가자.
앨리스: 알았어. 이거 신나는데.
