gig
A gig is usually a one-time side job or a part-time job that is quite different from a person’s main job. If you play in a band, your jobs at local venues are referred to as gigs.
gig는 대개 일회성 부업이나 아르바이트로 본업과는 상당히 다릅니다. 밴드에서 연주하는 일을 한다면, 지역 콘서트장에서 당신이 하는 일들을 gig라고 부를 것입니다.
