People who live in apartments receive a bill for management fees on a monthly basis. The bill basically includes fees for electricity, water, clean-up, maintenance, and security. Costs that usually are outside our radar are included in the bill. Some examples are basic TV license fees, elevator fees, and food waste removal fees. Of course, some fees are not included. The gas bill and the telephone bill are paid separately. Bills for cable TV, satellite TV, Internet access, and newspapers are also paid separately.
