What kind of TV programs do you often watch?
When I get home early, I turn on the news while eating dinner. I increase my knowledge of current events while seeing what happened that day. Sometimes, I also watch in-depth current events programs about social issues. Late at night, I watch various entertainment shows depending on the day of the week. Now and again, I watch talk shows with several emcees, or audition programs that are showcases for musical talent. I don’t always watch drams. I only watch the drams that people say are fun or they are the talk of the town. These days, cable TV channels also have a lot of fun dramas with original topics. Also, there days it’s easy to watch programs through VOD services, even if you miss the original broadcast. Digital TVs have become widespread, so you can just pay using your remote. You have to pay a little, but it’s worth it.

나는 집에 일찍 오면 저녁을 먹으며 뉴스를 틀어 놓는다. 그날 있었던 여러 가지 뉴스를 보며 시사 현안에 대한 식견을 넓힌다. 가끔은 사회적 문제를 다루는 심층 시사 프로그램을 보기도 한다. 또한 심야에는 요일별로 여러 가지 예능 프로그램을 본다. 여러 명의 진행자들이 나오는 토크쇼나 음악적 재능을 겨루는 오디션 프로그램을 종종 시청한다. 드라마는 항상 보는 것은 아니다. 주변에서 재미가 있다고 하거나 화제가 되는 드라마만 골라서 보는 편이다. 요즘은 케이블 TV 방송 채널에서도 참신한 소재의 재미있는 드라마를 많이 한다. 더불어, 요즘은 본방송을 놓치면 언제든지 다시보기를 이용해서 다시 시청할 수 있다. 디지털 TV가 보편화되어, 리모컨으로 그냥 결제만 하면 된다. 돈을 조금 내야 하지만, 그 정도 금액은 얼마든지 낼 수 있다.
