Copy machines these days defy belief. They don’t just copy documents. The high-end models can copy and print both sides of a paper. They even staple documents automatically. They can be real time-savers. In the past, color copies were too expensive. Now, they are more affordable than before. There are also all-in-one products. Multi-function devices can scan, print, copy, and send faxes. There are only two problems that come to mind. First, paper-jams still happen very often. Second, using too much paper can be bad for the environment. Overall, copiers have made desk work much easier.

요즘 나오는 복사기는 믿기지 않을 정도로 좋아졌다. 문서 복사만 되는 것이 아니다. 고급 기종은 종이 양면을 복사하고 인쇄할 수 있다. 심지어 자동으로 문서를 스테이플러로 묶을 수도 있다. 시간을 절약하는 데 정말 큰 도움이 된다. 과거에는 컬러 복사가 너무 비쌌다. 이제는 예전에 비해 가격이 더 합리적이다. 여러 기능을 하나로 통합한 제품도 있다. 이러한 복합기들은 스캔, 인쇄, 복사, 그리고 팩스 전송까지 모두 가능하다. 복사기 관련 문제로 생각나는 두 가지가 있다. 첫째, 용지 걸림이 여전히 자주 발생한다. 둘째, 종이를 너무 많이 사용하면 환경에 좋지 않을 수 있다. 전반적으로, 복사기는 사무를 정말 편하게 해 주었다고 할 수 있다.
