Relaxation is a way of spending time in which you rest and feel comfortable.
If there is relaxation of a rule or control, it is made less firm or strong.
These days, my weekends are mostly filled with rest and relaxation. In the past, I used to be more outgoing and active. I relished activities in the great outdoors, and I had a can-do attitude toward sports.
It's also important to find time for relaxation.
