(Paul is talking to a cashier at a supermarket…)
Paul: Excuse me. I was here a little while ago and I bought some bread.
Cashier: Oh yes, I remember you.
Paul: But when I got home it wasn't in my bag.
Cashier: Do you have a receipt?
Paul: Yes here it is. I paid for it but you failed to put it in the bag.
Cashier: I'm sorry about that. Go and help yourself to another one.
Paul: Thank you. My wife will kill me if I don't come home with bread.
Cashier: In fact, you can take two loaves of bread. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Paul: Thank you.
Cashier: Have a nice evening.
