(Tim is working at his desk when the telephone at another desk starts to ring…)
Tim: Hello this is Mark Taylor's desk.
Caller: Is Mr. Taylor there?
Tim: He's away from his desk at the moment.
Caller: Do you know when he'll be back?
Tim: I have no idea. Can I take a message?
Caller: I really need to talk to him.
Tim: I'll have him call you when he gets back.
Caller: This is an extreme emergency if you get my drift.
Tim: I'll look around the office for him. Give me your number in case we get disconnected
Caller: I'd rather hold on.

(팀이 자리에서 일하고 있는데 다른 데스크에 있는 전화가 울리기 시작한다…)
팀 : 여보세요 마크 테일러씨 자리입니다.
전화 건 사람 : 테일러씨 거기 있나요?
팀 : 지금 자리에 없습니다.
전화 건 사람 : 언제 돌아올까요?
팀 : 그건 알 수가 없습니다. 메시지 전해드릴까요?
전화 건 사람 : 꼭 직접 이야기를 해야 합니다.
팀 : 돌아오면 전화 드리라고 할게요.
전화 건 사람 : 제 말을 이해하신다면 이건 정말 긴급한 일이거든요.
팀 : 사무실에 있나 찾아볼게요. 전화가 끊길지도 모르니 제게 연락처를 주세요.
전화 건 사람 : 기다리는 편이 낫겠어요.
