I usually fill up my car at the gas station that is right across the street from my house. It’s located on the street that leads to my house, so I usually get gas on my way home. It’s a self-service gas station, so it is lighter on the wallet than most other places. There is an automatic car wash, so I can wash my car when I need to. When I buy a certain amount of gas, I can wash my car free of charge. The gas station also offers discounts for the credit card that I use, so I can save money every time I go. It’s not much each time, but the savings add up quickly. Also, the gas station offers free giveaways if you spend more than a certain amount. These can range from daily necessities to expensive car accessories. The only drawback is that they don’t operate around the clock.

나는 주로 집 건너편에 있는 주유소에서 주유를 한다. 집으로 오는 도로 쪽에 있어서, 귀가하는 길에 주로 주유를 하는 편이다. 셀프 주유소여서 기름값도 다른 곳에 비해서 더 저렴한 편이다. 자동 세차장도 있어서, 필요할 때면 세차를 할 수도 있다. 기름을 일정 금액 이상 넣으면, 무료로 세차를 할 수 있다. 그리고 그 주유소는 내가 사용하는 신용카드의 할인 적용도 되어서, 갈 때마다 할인 혜택도 누릴 수 있다. 한 번에 할인 금액이 크지는 않지만, 누적이 되면 제법 큰 금액이 된다. 그리고 일정 금액 이상을 주유하면 사은품을 준다. 생필품에서부터 고급 차량 용품까지 다양한 사은품을 준다. 유일하게 아쉬운 점은 이 주유소가 24시간 영업을 하지는 않는다는 것이다.
