Talk about when and where you like to take walks.
Going for a stroll is right up my alley. I usually can’t make time to exercise, so I try to make up for it by taking walks whenever I get the chance. When I take off from work early, I walk around my neighborhood apartment complex after dinner. There is a walking path on the premises where I can walk. I do several laps around the apartment complex. Walking for about an hour helps with digestion, and picks up my mood. I can get more exercise by walking at a brisker pace. On weekends, I go out for walks with my family. There is a great park just a hop and skip away, so we usually go there. It’s great because we have time to shoot the breeze. In my mind, walking is the best form of exercise.

산책하기 좋아하는 시간과 장소에 대해 이야기해 주세요.
나는 산책하는 것을 매우 좋아한다. 평상시 운동할 시간이 없어서 기회가 생길 때마다 산책을 통해 보완하려고 한다. 일찍 퇴근하는 날에는 저녁 식사를 하고 동네 아파트 단지 주변을 산책한다. 아파트 단지 내에 산책을 할 수 있는 산책로가 조성되어 있다. 단지를 몇 바퀴 돌며 한 시간 정도 걷고 나면 소화도 잘 되고 기분도 좋아진다. 조금 더 빠른 속도로 걸으면 더 많은 운동이 된다. 주말에는 가족들과 함께 산책을 하러 간다. 얼마 떨어지지 않은 곳에 멋진 공원이 조성되어 있어서, 주로 그곳에서 산책을 한다. 가족들과 대화를 나눌 수 있어서 매우 좋다. 산책보다 더 좋은 운동이 있을까 싶다.
