The airflow of my vacuum cleaner became week, and it was hard to run the vacuum. I got rid of the dust inside, but it didn’t work. I called the service center and a service engineer came to my house. He said there was a problem with the motor, and I had to replace a part. It was past the warrantee period, so I had to pony up the repair fee. Another time, the kitchen floor was soaking wet when I got home. I thought it must be because the water purifier had sprung a leak. I found the same problem again the next morning. I called the customer support center and asked for it to be repaired. Upon inspection, it turned out there was a problem with the ice-maker. The company repaired it free of charge, and there was no problem. On another occasion, the washing machine raised a din whenever I tried to the laundry. It also ran smooth as silk after I had it repaired

진공청소기의 흡입력이 약해져서 청소기로 청소하는 것이 힘들었다. 안에 먼지를 제거했는데도 잘 되지 않았다. 서비스 센터에 연락을 해서 수리 기사가 집으로 방문했다. 모터에 이상이 있다고 해서 부품을 갈아야 했다. 무상 수리 기간이 지나서 수리비를 지불해야 했다. 한번은 집에 왔는데 부엌 바닥에 물이 흥건했다. 정수기에서 물이 세서 그런 것 같았다. 다음 날 아침에도 같은 문제가 발생했다. 고객 지원 센터에 전화해서 수리를 요청했다. 점검을 받아 보니 제빙기에 문제가 있었다. 회사에서 무상으로 수리를 해 줬고, 더 이상 문제가 없었다. 또 한번은 빨래를 할 때마다 세탁기에서 큰 소음이 났는데, 역시 수리를 받고 나서는 잘 작동되었다.
