Talk about the library you go to.
There is a city library of considerable size in our neighborhood. There are many books, and visitors can browse through lots of multimedia content, so I go there occasionally. Since the library is managed by the city, there’s no charge. I sometimes read books on the premises, and sometimes I borrow them. When I borrow a book, I have to return it by the due date. If I miss the deadline, I have to pay a late fee. When it’s a mid-term season or finals season at schools, the library is teeming with students doing test-prep. There are also people working on laptops or doing research. There is free Wi-Fi in every corner of the library, and there are desks where you can juice up your laptop. The library is located next to a mountain and the air is clean, so sometimes I stop reading and go for a stroll. There is also a cafeteria in the library annex where users can grab a bite.

우리 동네에 제법 큰 규모의 시립 도서관이 있다. 수많은 책들이 있고, 각종 멀티미디어 자료를 열람할 수 있어서 종종 가는 편이다. 시에서 운영하는 도서관이어서, 무료로 이용할 수 있다. 책을 현장에서 읽기도 하고, 대출해서 가지고 오기도 한다. 책을 대출하면, 반납일에 맞춰서 반납해야 한다. 늦게 반납하면 연체료를 물어야 한다. 학교의 중간고사, 기말고사 기간에는 시험공부를 하는 학생들로 도서관이 꽉 찬다, 노트북을 펴 놓고 작업을 하거나 리서치를 하는 사람들도 있다. 도서관 전역에서 무선 인터넷을 무료로 사용할 수 있고, 노트북을 충전할 수 있는 책상들도 있다. 도서관이 산 옆에 있고 공기도 좋아서, 책을 읽다가 산책을 하기도 한다. 도서관 별관에는 이용객들이 간단히 식사할 수 있는 구내식당도 있다.
