(Randy sees his friend Karoline in a market.)
Randy: Karoline how are you?
Karoline: Hi Randy! I'm fine. You look great.
Randy: Thank you and you as well.
Karoline: We both live so near to this market I knew I'd run into you some time.
Randy: How are the girls?
Karoline: They're good. They're leaving the nest. They both graduate from college next year.
Randy: Really? Wow! Time flies. It seems like just yesterday they were in high school.
Karoline: I know. They grow up so fast.
Randy: How is your mother?
Karoline: She's okay. She took a spill at home but she's doing fine.

(랜디가 마켓에서 친구 캐롤라인과 마주친다…)
랜디: 캐롤라인, 어떻게 지내?
캐롤라인: 안녕 랜디! 난 잘 지내지. 너 좋아 보인다.
랜디: 고마워. 너도 좋아 보여.
캐롤라인: 우리 둘 다 이 마켓에서 가깝게 살고 있어서 언젠가는 마주칠 줄 알았어.
랜디: 딸들은 어때?
캐롤라인: 잘 지내. 둘 다 이제 독립해. 내년이면 다 대학 졸업하거든.
랜디: 정말? 와! 시간 빠르다. 고등학교 다니던 게 바로 엊그제 같은데.
캐롤라인: 그래. 참 빨리도 크지.
랜디: 어머니는 어떠셔?
캐롤라인: 좋으셔. 집에서 넘어지셨는데 괜찮으셔.
