[영어 회화] Once in a while I get the urge to have some ice cream.

Bobbie: You're looking great Roger.
Roger: Thanks. It hasn't been easy.
Bobbie: What's been the most difficult thing about losing weight?
Roger: The food. Giving up what I love to eat hasn't been easy.
Bobbie: I know what you mean.
Roger: Once in a while I get the urge to have some ice cream.
Bobbie: What do you do?
Roger: I drink water instead.
Bobbie: And that helps?
Roger: It works for me.
