[영어 회화] Well I finally had it out with John.

 

(Hal and Gene are at work … )
Hal: Well I finally had it out with John.
Gene: What about?
Hal: He's always parking in my space in the parking lot.
Gene: What did you say to him?
Hal: I told him I had to get something off my chest.
Gene: And what happened? What did he say?
Hal: He got all bent out of shape.
Gene: Did he deny it?
Hal: No. He just said it was no big deal.
Gene: It's good that you finally told him how you felt.

(할과 진이 직장에 있다…)
핼: 드디어 존과 해결을 봤어.
진: 무슨 일을?
핼: 존이 주차장에서 항상 내 자리에 차를 세우거든.
진: 뭐라고 했어?
핼: 좀 털어놓을 얘기가 있다고 말했지.
진: 그랬더니? 뭐래?
핼: 막 화를 내더라고.
진: 자기가 아니라고 부인해?
핼: 아니. 별 것도 아닌 일이라고 그러더군.
진: 자네 마음을 드디어 얘기했으니 잘한 거야.
