Talk about the various gatherings you have with people.
I often have staff dinners with my co-workers. We have dinner over some drinks. Drinking helps break the ice or loosen up the mood. Sometimes, we go from one bar to another to do several rounds. We end up drinking until late at night at times. Staff dinners are great opportunities to bond with colleagues. I am an average drinker, so I always try to watch how much I drink. We have a lot of these events at the end of the year. They are called year-end parties. We normally drink more than usual at these occasions. Overall, I think staff dinners are good in that they help improve the chemistry among co-workers.

나는 직장 동료들과 회식을 자주 합니다. 술과 함께 주로 저녁을 먹습니다. 술을 마시면 서먹서먹한 분위기를 깨거나 분위기를 부드럽게 하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 가끔씩은 술집을 몇 차례 옮겨가면서 술을 마시기도 합니다. 결국 늦게까지 술을 마시게 되는 경우도 종종 있습니다. 회식은 회사 동료들과 친해줄 수 있는 좋은 기회입니다. 제 주량은 평균이어서, 마시는 양을 항상 조절하려고 하는 편입니다. 연말이 되면 이러한 회식이 참 많습니다. 보통 송년회라고 부릅니다. 이러한 자리에서는 평소보다 술을 좀 더 많이 마시게 됩니다. 전체적으로 회식은 동료들 간에 친밀감을 높여 준다는 점에서 좋은 것 같습니다.
