The story of the Blarney stone goes back many centuries to when the resident of a certain castle used his ability to speak with eloquence and charm and kept him from losing his castle to the King. For hundreds of years since then, many people believe kissing a certain stone will give them similar skills.

Lizzy: We're finally at Blarney Castle! My grandma told me I had to kiss the Blarney Stone.
Will: What's the big deal about the Blarney Stone anyway?
Lizzy: My grandma told me it will make you more eloquent and persuasive. Hopefully, there won't be a long line for it.
