(Two old friends are talking … )
Lisa: Children! Would you stop making so much noise!
Amanda: It sounds like your kids are getting on your nerves.
Lisa: They have been lately. They can't even pick their own clothes up off the floor for heaven's sakes!
Amanda: Do you talk to them about it?
Lisa: Almost everyday but they don't listen to me.
Amanda: I think you need to get away for a few days.
Lisa: What are you talking about?
Amanda: It would do you good to be by yourself for two or three days.
Lisa: Do you really think I need to?
Amanda: I do if you want to have a better relationship with your kids.
