One of my friends once told me that I had bad breath. I was mortified. But rather than trying to get on my nerves, he was telling me that it could be a symptom of poor health. I followed his advice and got a medical check-up. It was with a heavy heart that I made a visit to the hospital. However, I was taken aback to find that the tests weren’t so taxing. The hospital staff were friendly and made me feel at home. More importantly, I swelled with the knowledge that I was investing in my health. The biggest hurdle was the endoscopy, but everything else was a breeze.
