Korea has a bullet train called the KTX. Sometimes, I feel nostalgic for the slower, noisier trains of the past. But the convenience of the KTX is too good to pass on. The speed is so high that it’s mind-boggling. You usually arrive at your destination in the blink of an eye. I also love seeing the different people on the trains. The businessmen are poring over documents or eating lunch on the go. Grandparents are doting on their grandchildren. Young couples are whispering sweet nothings into each other’s ears. Overall, I really enjoy taking the KTX.

한국의 고속철도 KTX에 대해서 이야기해 주세요.
한국에는 KTX라고 하는 초고속 열차가 있다. 가끔씩 과거의 느리고 소리가 더 나는 기차들에 대해 향수를 느끼기도 하지만, 편리함 때문에 KTX를 타게 된다. 속도가 정말 빨라서 놀라울 정도이다. 보통 목적지에 눈 깜짝할 사이에 도착한다. 나는 또한 기차 안에 있는 여러 사람들을 보는 것을 매우 좋아한다. 업무차 기차를 탄 사람들은 서류를 자세히 읽어 보고 있거나, 이동하며 점심을 먹고 있다. 할머니 할아버지들은 손주들을 한없이 귀여워하고 있다. 젊은 커플들은 달콤한 말들을 서로의 귓속에 속삭이고 있다. 전반적으로 나는 KTX 타는 것을 정말 즐긴다.
